Please carefully review our returns policy below before submitting a Return Request. Please note that returns sent back without approval through the returns portal cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender.

1. EXCHANGE POLICY

1.1 In the event that you have ordered the wrong size, GINIA will exchange goods for a different size subject to availability and payment of the delivery costs of the exchanged goods. Please submit an exchange request via the form before returning any goods to ensure GINIA has your size in stock.

1.2 If you are unsure and need assistance, please send any size or fit questions to Customer Service via the contact form. We are always happy to help with fitting and size enquiries. Our exchange policy does not cover returns for try-ons, however if you want to exchange for an item of equal or higher value, we will gladly assist.

1.3 If you wish to exchange an item, you have 14 days from the purchase date to do so. To process an exchange, please submit an exchange request form for AU orders or email us for international orders. Once contact is made and authorisation is approved, the item must be returned within 7 days of authorisation. Return or exchange mailing costs are to be covered by the customer.

 

2. RETURNS POLICY

GINIA does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. However, we are happy to offer store credit for eligible items returned within our policy period.

2.1 You may return goods for store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all swing tags still attached.

2.2 Proof of purchase from the GINIA website is required for all returns.

2.3 Goods returned outside the 14-day window may not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost. We will contact you if this is the case.

2.4 If you purchased your item from a stockist or retailer other than the GINIA website, please contact them directly for returns or store credit, as they operate under separate policies.

2.5 Please note: store credit is valid for 24 months from the date of issue and can be used on any item available at giniaofficial.com.

 

3. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

3.1 If you believe the goods are faulty, defective, or do not match the description on the Website, you may return them within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, replacement or repair, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

3.2 Please contact Customer Service with details and images of the fault so we can assess the item.

3.3 Goods purchased from the Website come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.


SALE ITEMS

Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty. Sale items are marked with SALE or FINAL SALE. Please refer to our size guide to ensure correct sizing is selected.  


MISCELLANEOUS 

Any disputes over goods supplied from the Website are governed solely by these terms and the laws of New South Wales, excluding its choice of law rules. By purchasing these goods, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated, and with jurisdiction in New South Wales.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Ensure your return meets the return policy.

2. For AU orders, login to the returns portal and follow the steps to completion. For all international orders outside of Australia, please email us at admin@fashionata.com.au.

3. An email will be sent to you from our customer care team with a return address and further instructions. 

4. All return postage costs are at your own expense, unless the item arrives not as ordered, damaged or is deemed faulty. Any returned items are the buyer's responsibility until we receive them. We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit. We recommend that you secure tracking and/or insurance for the items you are returning and keep proof of postage.

All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs.

Ginia offers complimentary shipping for orders over $150 in Australia. Orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate of $10. 

INTERNATIONAL

Ginia offers complimentary shipping for orders over $300 for the rest of the world. Orders under $300 will be charged a flat rate of $25.

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed.

INTERNATIONAL

- For international deliveries, please allow 5 – 10 business days to receive your order.

*We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Should your order not have arrived in the expected time frame, be incorrect, arrived damaged, or for any other concerns relating to your order, please contact us via our contact page.

We are able to deliver to an alternative address as long as both are in the same country. You will be able to specify the preferred delivery address during checkout.

Not all our intimate apparel are machine washable due to delicate fabric, laces and embellishments. GINIA uses the finest silk fabrics and finishes in the making of its garments. Always read the care instructions on the tag inside your garment carefully.
